Carina and I met years (I can’t remember how many) ago via various social apps. He doesn’t live in Seattle, so I’d catch him on visits. We’d talk and say “wouldn’t it be nice to have a session together” but then never have the time to actually get one booked. Well, our “what if” became reality, and I couldn’t be happier about it!  

​

The results, I feel, are gorgeous. I definitely feel my style and photographic fingerprint evolving. Much of my work has been up-close with a shallow depth of field and very dreamlike. While bearing semblance to my style, I feel the images I’m beginning to create have more life and energy through context. It’s feels as though my style is starting to incorporate more of the background, scene, and story while still retaining a dreamy look. My time with Carina was beautiful. We laughed and told stories and laughed some more.
